I was a long-time customer but last used vehicle had numerous undisclosed issues. Worse yet, I had to pay for the issues to fix. The purchase was fibe, but the dishonesty with the existing problems as soon as I drove it off the lot was unacceptable. Very disappointed and will not be returning to them.

At the time, I was looking for a 2022 Chevy Bolt all electric car. Then I discovered my insurance premium would increase by nearly $100 annually and my yearly registration would nearly double for any electric car. They're killing the golden goose.I gave up on the idea.

I would certainly recommend going to Holiday GM for all your vehicle your needs. In the past, nothing stressed me out more than getting a new vehicle! I must say, however, my recent experience at Holiday GM changed that for me. When I arrived, Tonya greeted me with a smile and all the staff were so cheerful and helpful! We called and made a delivery time (picking up our vehicle purchase) for the next day, got a call the next morning that they couldn't do it anymore. We then had to move it to two days later and it still took a half hour past our time slot to get in. They need more people working for deliveries or a better schedule system.

I had a scheduled appointment on a Saturday for a tire rotation. Appointment was at 9:30, arrived at 9:20. I asked for an update around 10:15-10:30 and was told they just needed to do the car wash. Finally got called @ 11:15 that car was done. When I got to the car, it hadn’t been washed. No comment was made for delay. Service was very poor.
