Took my 2026 Palisade to Holiday because they advertised hail damage repair. The entire process was excellent. They looked at the car, worked with my local insurance agent and insurance company in Milwaukee, came to agreement and I was sent a check. Got the vehicle in, and the repairs are perfect. Vehicle came back clean and just like new. Very, Very pleased with the staff and the work!!

I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment but was immediately met by a service person. This appointment was for an oil change only. The length of time at the dealership was acceptable. A video was provided to show the service technician doing a thorough job of inspection. Since I walk around outside during the service, I did not know when my car was finished until I saw it parked outside. I would like to suggest that the service department send a text to my phone to inform me the service was completed so I can be on my way. Overall, though, the service experience was positive.
